We Believe in Our Community

For us it’s not just about selling books; it’s about building vibrant community relations. We serve the needs of public libraries and school libraries and book fairs throughout the Connecticut region.

Whenever possible, we collaborate with local libraries and arts organizations (such as the Mystic Arts Center and the Lyman Allyn Art Museum) to host large-scale author events. When working with nonprofit organizations, we normally contribute a percentage of the sales to those institutions.

We work with the James Merrill House artist-in-residency program in Stonington, CT and twice a year we work with the Fairfield University Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing program at Enders Island.

Firm believers in buying local, we are a focus for the American Independent Business Alliance in this region.
