VIRTUAL: Booksellers After Dark

Join Bank Square Books and Savoy Bookshop & Café booksellers as we come together in the virtual space to talk about books! We'll be highlighting our favorite books, as well as forthcoming titles we are excited about-- plus, there will be the opportunity to ask for recommendations!

Meet the Booksellers:

Anna is a bookseller and barista at Savoy.  She thinks it's the best job she's ever had and never wants to leave.   She loves to read British murder mysteries and is starting to warm up to gothic romance in a big way.  When she isn't slinging books and coffee, she's behind a camera as a portrait photographer!

Dakota is a transplant from the PWN who enjoys speculative fiction in all its flavors as well as biology-based non-fiction with graphic novels and humor peppered in to spice up her reading list. When not chronically starting new books she can be found dyeing yarn, knitting, and snuggling with her furkids.

Jess is a writer, freelance editor, reviewer at NPR Books, and assistant manager at Savoy Bookshop & Café, where she's often found corralling her colleagues into silly Instagram photoshoots or wistfully making a mental note to ask Annie if she can be paid in books that week. (Who needs food?) Books from all walks make her starry-eyed, although the bulk of her reading is genre.

Olivia currently runs Title IX, our new pop-up bookstore in New London featuring our latest and greatest social justice-themed titles, and much more!

Sierra has been an avid reader since starting at Bank Square a year ago Her favorite author is Otessa Moshfegh and her favorite genres are short stories, essays, fantasy, and literary fiction.
